The Grange operates separate, eighty bed aged care residences in Albury and Wodonga.

 

As a private, locally-owned and managed company, The Grange operates under a Board of Directors and boasts a team of experienced and committed aged and health care professionals.

 

Our Directors and senior management are all actively involved in the day-to-day management of the residences, further demonstrating the ongoing commitment to the aged care industry.

 

Resident care programs and activities are designed to incorporate as many resident preferences as possible. Individual assessments are completed on admission and periodically throughout the period of occupancy. The Grange’s standards of care are supported by a rigorous Continuous Quality Improvement ("CQI") program.

 

The Grange prides itself on not only maintaining industry standards, but exceeding them to raise the benchmark in aged care. We review our standards of care and service on a monthly basis and eport our findings at our monthly Resident and Family Forums. Our CQI Program includes regular mail outs of questionnaires which can be completed anonymously by residents and family members.
